All payments made to Tabaruq Arts for any product or service, including but not limited to courses, retreats, private classes, and workshops, are final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

By completing a purchase on the Site, you authorize Tabaruq Arts to charge your credit card or other provided payment method for the full or partial amount of the transaction, as specified in the applicable terms.


3. Cancellation and No Refund Policy

All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Personal or professional commitments
  • Medical reasons, including illness or injury

3.2 Cancellation Fee
If a participant cancels their enrollment, a 10% cancellation fee applies. This fee is non-negotiable, except under very limited exceptional circumstances (e.g., death of a close family member), at the sole discretion of Tabaruq Arts.

Tabaruq Arts reserves the right to modify the content, schedule, location, or format of any course, retreat, event, or workshop. Participants are not entitled to a refund in such cases but may request a credit toward future offerings if significant changes occur.

4.2 Force Majeure
In the event that an event or program must be postponed or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), no refunds will be provided. Instead, participants will be offered a rescheduled event or a credit toward future services.


5. Waiver of Liability

By participating in any service offered by Tabaruq Arts, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the activities, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, and property damage.
